The “Schulplatzmiete” system
Sit back and enjoy fantastical stories with friends and like-mindeds. Four or five times a year pupils immerse themselves in the wondrous world of the theatre for a mere €9.50 per ticket. They register in their respective schools with the relevant teacher and then opt to watch one of the pre-determined staged works - either as a group or on their own. Any pupils who don’t know which of their teachers is coordinating the theatre trips just has to ask around, because there are very few schools that don’t have a “Schulplatzmiete” rep.
