In den 20er Jahren wurde der Charleston Tanz durch Josephine Baker nach Europa gebracht. Zu schneller Jazzmusik, die heute im Electro Swing wieder lebendig wird, werden wir mit viel Spaß die wichtigsten Grundschritte lernen. Der Solo Charleston bringt Arme, Beine und den ganzen Körper in Bewegung, seine Wurzeln liegen in afro-amerikanischen Tänzen. Er ist ein gute Laune Tanz, der Fitness, Kondition und die Koordination fördert. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig und er ist für jede Altersstufe geeignet.
