Am 3. Dezember ruft das Staatstheater Nürnberg, Kulturpartner der Vesperkirche von Anbeginn, zu Spenden für die Vesperkirche 2024 auf und bringt dafür ein buntes Programm aus verschiedenen Sparten in die Gustav-Adolf-Gedächtniskirche.

Don Giovanni und Figaro, Freddy und Eliza Doolittle, Oper, Musical und Tonfilmschlager treten auf, wenn Chloë Morgan, Hans Kittelmann, Kabelo Lebyana und Andreas Paetzold in der Gustav-Adolf-Gedächtniskirche musizieren. Das Schauspiel wird von Neuzugang Matthias Luckey und Schauspielmusikerin Vera Mohrs vertreten. Gemeinsam spielen sie Lieder von Tori Amos, Leonard Cohen und Jacques Brel. Matthias Luckey steht momentan in der Inszenierung ÜBERGEWICHT, UNWICHTIG: UNFORM auf der Bühne des Nürnberger Schauspiels. Die Staatsphilharmonie Nürnberg präsentiert mit einem Kammerensemble Kompositionen des Argentiniers Astor Piazolla.
