Die Orchesterakademie der Staatsphilharmonie bietet jungen Musikerinnen die Möglichkeit, erste praktische Erfahrungen im Berufsalltag zu sammeln. Von der Oper bis zur Operette, von Kammermusik bis zu großen sinfonischen Konzerten, überall sind die Akademistinnen eingebunden und sammeln so vielfältige Auftrittserfahrungen – u.a. auch bei dem Konzert in der Vesperkirche, für das sie traditionsgemäß das Programm selbst zusammenstellen.
