Er soll einfach mal erklären, was eine Oper ist? Einfach so? Bei diesem Ansinnen kommt Prof. Muthesius Musensohn ins Schleudern. Er versucht es trotzdem und taucht begeistert ein in die Geschichte von Orpheus und Eurydike. Der Mythos von Orpheus wurde im Laufe der Jahrhunderte häufig vertont. Mit Hilfe der Kompositionen von Monteverdi, Gluck, Offenbach und anderen erzählen wir augenzwinkernd die beliebte (Opern-) Geschichte. Manchmal ist vormachen eben einfacher als erklären.
