Zoé Lorenz wurde 2001 im französischsprachigen Teil der Schweiz geboren und ist mit zwei Muttersprachen aufgewachsen. Seit ihr Abitur im Jahr 2020 arbeitet sie in der Theaterwelt in Deutschland, zuerst in Zittau und dann in Coburg. Dort hat sie bislang bei der Inszenierung und Produktion von zahlreichen Stücken assistiert und hatte mehrmals die Gelegenheit, eigene Stücke in Nebenspielstätten zu inszenieren.

Seit der Spielzeit 2023/24 ist Zoé Lorenz am Staatstheater Nürnberg als Regieassistenz der Sparte Schauspiel tätig.
