Valentina Eimer, Jahrgang 1997, studierte Theater – Forschung – Vermittlung (MA) in Erlangen, absolvierte eine Ausbildung zur Theaterpädagogin BuT am theaterpädagogischen Institut DAS Ei und war in den Spielzeiten 2022/24 und 2023/24 als Regieassistentin am Theater Erlangen tätig. Bereits während des Studiums arbeitete sie bei verschiedenen studentischen Produktionen sowie dem ARENA Festival of young Arts mit. In der freien Szene inszenierte sie dokumentarische Theaterformate und arbeitete mit interkulturellen Jugendgruppen zu gesellschaftspolitischen Themen. Nun ist sie Dramaturgieassistentin für Schauspiel am Staatstheater Nürnberg.
