Serena Landriel was born in Argentina in 1996 and trained at the Instituto Superior de Artes Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. From 2013 to 2016 she danced with the Ballet Estable del Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. She participated in various competitions and received awards, including a scholarship to the 2016 Summer Intense at the renowned American Ballet Theater (ABT) in New York City. In the 2016/2017 season she was engaged at the Staatstheater Augsburg, and in 2017/2018 she joined the company of Ballett Hagen, dancing in choreographies by Marguerite Donlon, Alejandro Cerrudo, Cayetano Soto and Itzik Galili, among others. From 2019 to 2022 she was a member of the ballet company at Gärtnerplatztheater, where she performed in works by Eyal Dadon, Marco Goecke, Felix Landerer, Karl Alfred Schreiner and Ina Christel Johannessen, among others, before joining Richard Wherlock at Ballett Theater Basel in 2022/2023.
