Rehearsal Director

Beatriz Hack Canabal, born in Brazil, studied classical and modern dance at the Ballet School of the São Paulo Theatre from 2001 to 2006 and was subsequently a soloist in the company of the Asunción Theatre (Paraguay) and a member of the São Paulo Dance Company. In addition to her dance career, she also assisted in productions of the São Paulo company, preparing her career as a dance teacher and choreographer. She created her first own works for Dance Company São Paulo, where she also assisted as a rehearsal director in various productions by important choreographers such as Marcia Haydée, Lars Van Cauwenbergh, Mario Galizzi and Goyo Montero from 2020 to 2024. Beatriz Hack Canabal is a rehearsal director at Staatstheater Nürnberg Ballett from the 2024/25 season.
